 Penis gym was founded in 2018 with the goal of helping men to look and feel their best. We noticed that there was a lack of options for men who wanted to address penis health. That's why we set out to create two penis exercises that offer insight about the penis muscle.

Penis problems can cause stress, relationship problems or low self-confidence. Erectile dysfunction may contribute to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or stress about sexual performance.

No Pills or Potions. Only your hands are required. We offer two Penis classes: Penis Push Down and Last Long time. These sessions are designed to help men stay harder and last longer. We also offer two Previously Recorded personal demonstrations from the founder of PenisGym.org for $199 each.

Penis Last Long Time

Pull at the head of penis gently. Pull up / Pull down / side to side  while doing a Kegel (squeeze butt close) . When you pull on the head, the penis is being stretched and numbing the head. Over time, the head will lose much of its sensitivity and you will be able to last longer in bed. Five minutes max / Four days a week max.

Penis Push Down *Erection required

The information provided is not intended to be taken as medical advice.  IMPORTANT* Push down ERECT penis ONLY at the BASE  (Where the penis meets your body) of the penis while doing a Kegel (squeeze butt close). This push down method will increase penis strength, length and girth. Do it four days on, push down 5 times with left hand and push down 5 times with right hand. Take three days off. The penis is a muscle and needs to rebuild itself with rest. It will hurt in the beginning. Go Slow, the goal is to push penis completely down.
